These terms govern use of the LN Partners website, SaaS, software and third-party integrations.
1. Scope and acceptance
By using the service, creating an account or connecting a provider, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. A separate customer agreement prevails where it conflicts.
2. Service
We provide SaaS, software development and operations, analytics·integration tools and inquiry·demo functions. Features and data depend on each provider's API, approval, rate limits, policies and account status.
3. Accounts and authorization
You must provide accurate information, protect your account and have authority to act for a business. When connecting a provider, you must review and approve the displayed permissions yourself.
4. Prohibited use
You may not violate law or provider policies, distribute malware or spam, share passwords or tokens, probe vulnerabilities, evade rate limits, scrape without permission, copy, reverse engineer or resell the service.
5. User content and platform data
You must have the rights and authority to process content you enter or connect. We process it only as needed for the service, security and backup; ownership and publishing responsibility remain with you or the provider.
6. Intellectual property
The service software, interface, design, trademarks, logos and documentation belong to the Company or their owners. Rights in customer data and user-provided content remain with the relevant user or customer.
7. Fees and agreements
Fees, payment, refunds, SLA and ownership of deliverables are set by the quote, order, service agreement or product terms. A free consultation or demo does not promise a paid service.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service or disconnect a provider. We may limit, suspend or terminate access for violations, legal or security risk, non-payment or operational need, then delete·return·anonymize data under the policy, contract and law.
9. Warranty and liability
The service and integrations are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted, complete or realtime service and are not responsible for provider outages, policies or account limits. Non-excludable liability remains unaffected.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes should first be discussed in good faith and, if unresolved, handled by a competent court in Ho Chi Minh City. Contact: [email protected]. Deletion guide: /en/data-deletion.
