How to request deletion of your account, inquiries, connected-platform information and synchronized data stored by LN Partners.
1. How to request
Email [email protected] with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include your name, company, service email or tenant identifier, the data and provider to delete, and whether you want full deletion or only disconnection. Do not send passwords, tokens, OTPs or card numbers.
2. Process
We verify identity and authority, disable the connection and stop further collection. Stored tokens, connection identifiers, synchronized data and inquiry data are deleted or anonymized, subject to legal, dispute and backup exceptions that we will explain.
3. Revoke provider access
In addition to deletion from our service, you may need to revoke the LN Partners app in Meta, TikTok, Google or Shopee settings. Content already posted on a provider must be deleted through that provider.
