CÔNG TY TNHH LN PARTNERS (the "Company") protects personal data used through its website, SaaS and third-party integrations.
1. Data controller

2. Information we collect
For inquiries and demos we process name, email, company, optional phone, topic, message, language and consent records. Security and error logs, and analytics cookies where you allow them, may also be processed.
3. Connected platform data
When you authorize a connection, we may process approved account, shop, page, advertising, product, order, performance and connection-status data from Meta, TikTok, Google Ads·GA4·Search Console, Shopee and supported providers. We do not collect passwords, OTPs or card numbers.
4. Purposes
We use data to respond to inquiries, provide SaaS and software, retrieve·normalize·analyze approved platform data, manage access, maintain security, handle incidents, measure visits with consent and comply with law.
5. Providers and transfers
Hosting, database, backup, security, email and analytics providers, as well as platforms you connect, may process data as needed to provide the service. Processing may occur outside Vietnam; we apply minimization, contractual and security controls.
6. Retention and deletion
Inquiry and connection data are retained for the purpose, contract or legal period. After disconnection, a deletion request or contract end, we start deleting or anonymizing tokens and connection data, subject to legal, dispute and backup exceptions.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, portability or object to processing. Send a Privacy Request to [email protected]; we may verify identity and authority first.
8. Disconnecting platforms
Disconnect in our service and, where needed, revoke the LN Partners app in the provider's security settings. Content already published on a third-party platform may need to be deleted there directly.
9. Security and cookies
We use HTTPS/TLS, least privilege, OAuth state validation, separated token storage and sensitive-log redaction. Optional analytics load only after consent and inquiry content or contact details are not sent to analytics tools.
10. Changes and contact
